Free costs nothing. You can use the checklist, budget, and wedding documents with no time limit. For the invitation, you get 1 invitation with the Sakinah template and a Theday watermark, 5 gallery photos, and RSVP and guest wishes. Guests can open a Free invitation link for 7 days from the first time it is published. The other templates are part of Premium. Premium is a one-time payment that stays active for life, with no subscription and nothing to renew, and its invitation links have no time limit. It gives you 2 active invitations (add more with an add-on), every invitation template, 25 gallery photos per invitation, a guest list with QR check-in, a digital envelope, your own music, and no watermark.
Choose Premium on the Plans page in your dashboard and you'll be taken to Mayar, the payment service we use. Pay with any method offered on that page. Once the payment goes through, Premium turns on in your account automatically.
It depends on the plan. On Premium, no: a paid Premium plan never runs out, and a published invitation stays open to guests at the same link, before and after the wedding, until you delete it yourself. On Free, guests can open the invitation link for 7 days from the first time it is published. After that they see an inactive page, while your content, RSVPs, and wishes stay saved. Upgrading to Premium reopens the same link.
Yes. You can change the template any time from your dashboard, even after the invitation has gone out. The invitation link stays the same, and so does each guest's personal link, so there's nothing to resend. Names, events, photos, and everything else you've written are kept. Free accounts can use the free template (Sakinah); the other templates are part of Premium.
With a Free account, copy the invitation link and share it yourself on WhatsApp or social media. Through WhatsApp, one guest at a time, from the Guest List (a Premium feature). Write your WhatsApp template once and Theday fills in each guest's name and personal link. From a guest's row, open WhatsApp with the message ready, send it, then mark that guest as sent. With QR check-in on, the guest's QR link can go in the same message.
QR check-in comes with Premium and is switched on per invitation. Each guest gets a personal QR code through their WhatsApp message. On the day, whoever runs your guest desk opens the scanner link on a phone, enters the PIN, and scans guests' QR codes at the entrance, with no Theday account needed. Arrivals show up in your dashboard and can be exported to Excel. You can also print QR cards.
Theday keeps your wedding preparation and the wedding day in one account that you can share with your partner. Before the wedding there's a checklist, budget, vendor notes, and a moodboard. For the day itself there's the invitation, RSVP, guest list, and QR check-in. You don't have to make an invitation at all: the planning tools are free to use on their own.
